Over the past decade, I have worked across the international film and cultural sector as a producer, entrepreneur, sales agent, consultant, mentor, and mediator. I have developed films, secured financing, negotiated international co-productions, built companies, advised institutions, supported artists in exile, and navigated complex creative collaborations. Throughout this work, I have often found myself helping people move forward when things felt stuck — creatively, professionally, structurally, or personally. Many of the challenges we encounter in the cultural sector cannot be solved through technical expertise alone. A financing strategy may also be a question of confidence. A partnership conflict may also be a question of communication. A project in crisis may require not only practical solutions, but clarity, perspective, and a deeper understanding of what is really at stake. My consulting practice was born from this reality. I offer practical, experience-based support to filmmakers, producers, artists, cultural professionals, and entrepreneurs navigating moments of uncertainty, transition, conflict, or growth. My role is not to tell people what to do. My role is to listen carefully, understand the complexity of the situation, and help identify the most constructive path forward.
